You don’t know me but I love you
You don’t know but I feel your pain
You’re my angel, a chosen few
And because of you, I am sane

You don’t know but I feel your pain
On the foreign lands where you roam
You’re in a hell you can’t explain
And wonder why you can’t come home

You’re my angel, a chosen few
And because you’re there, I am free
You mean so much, I wish you knew
Please know I love you, hear my plea

I’ll be waiting when it’s all through
All the fighting is not in vain
