'Leta' Poem by Quenten McClellan

'Leta'

Her Beauty is that of an angel,
Every inch of her body perfectly sculpted
By the gracious hands of God,
And every strand of golden brown hair,
Faultlessly cut, whispers to you through the air,
with a smile that reminds you of warm apple pies
on a cool summers day,
and a laugh so pure it takes all the pain and fear away,
while her bright hazel eyes show you all the beauty and all the lies,

But beauty is more than appearances,
Beauty is the sensation of your heart skipping a beat
When her eyes full of love do nothing more than glance at you,
Beauty is the warm feeling you get when her hand touches yours,
But beauty is more than beauty,
Beauty is love.
