Let There Be Light Poem by Ana Monnar

Let There Be Light

Modest lighthouse sitting by the shore
Through restful waters with petite waves
Sun appears, temperature rises
Free people, thank God, no slaves
Sun will shine, the tambourine will glare
Moon and stars make eyes sparkle clear
Tender breeze in the air
Vulnerability that you hold so dear
Black is beautiful, and so is white
love one another and live in peace
Share respect, distribute and allocate
Neighbor, sister, brother, nephew, niece
Let freedom ring and the birds sing
Forever independence and liberty
Determination, will-powered mind
Thanks for freedom once and for all
all human beings that suffered the ruff
Delete the savages full of evil and rage
United voices yell, 'We've had enough! '
