Let's Let Go Poem by Autumn Winds

Let's Let Go

Let's let go
Find something's beautiful
The music box plays
Over and over

Buried lockets
And broken keys
Scattered across the ground
Remembered kisses linger

Sealed scars
And fresh wounds
Past etched into skin
Silent sorrows overwhelm

Let's let go
Find something beautiful
Do something worth doing
Find an ever-after

Lonely seas
And far away stars
Reflective blue skies
And brilliant explosions

Untraveled paths
And quiet tears
Untouched
Lay still pure

Let's let go
Find something beautiful
Silver combs and gold nets
Precious memories held close
