"Tamso maa jyotirgamay"*
Take me to the light
From darkness to feel right
Spread the fragrance with delight

Such is the message from festival of lights
Rich or poor feel on top of the height
With one resolve that New Year shall bring fortune
With hope and prosperity with satisfactory tone

It is mainly concentrating on one point
Let internal dirt go at present
Wish everybody happy new year
And wish to see happiness and hear

It has two advantages
The house gets new face
As the monsoon has added some decay
With white washing and new paint, it goes away

This is plus point for human being
The prayer is for prosperity to bring
Wish for peace and healthy stay
All good hopes from heart to convey

It is traditionally correct
To greet the people and act
With clean heart and wish
There remains same feeling with no ill wish
