You have to let it go
No matter how hard
Moving on's the only option
When it involves the heart

You and me just
Were not meant to
Be the perfect couple
And we always knew

It's never easy to
Pick up and keep going
But we had to change
What it is we weren't doing

There's ache and pain
And moments that will remind
Of this hurt but also
Of all the wonderful times

Time to let it go
No matter how hard
Even being separated
You'll still be in my heart.
