Leonard Cohen Poem by Peter Rhodes

Leonard Cohen

Rating: 4.7

I'd like to write like Leonard,
He has that way with words;
He would say how he loved you
And you would be his:
Without a word.

I still say how I love you,
But it isn't quite the same:
So you look the other way,
Which is an awful shame.
