Legendary Sirens Luring Sailors Onto Rocks Poem by Terence George Craddock (Spectral Images and Images Of Light)

Legendary Sirens Luring Sailors Onto Rocks

legendary
stories of sirens
luring sailors
to their deaths
on piercing rocks

consuming
their flesh brains
ancient adhellas
preying on men's
adventurous lives

plying
dark compelling spells
alluring enchanting arts
apparently sly prostitutes
in red light Jakarta's

inviting
fresh flesh markets
hospitality hostesses
hide trade secrets
hooking customers

enticing
hidden golden charms
implanted gold inserts
embedded golden flecks
beneath skin in their faces

witching
spells golden lures
of confidence flashes
plays customer's pockets
as prizes crash upon lusts

rising
juicy stormy passions
testosterone mounting beasts
sensory emotive floods
time locked before reason returns
