Last Words Iii Poem by Imelda Ortega Suzara

Last Words Iii

Rating: 3.5

Wang had cancer and died a billionaire,
Inheriting her husband's big fortune.
Her cremation news broadcasted by air.
'Richest Asian's health no longer immune,
Died from ovarian cancer. Charity
Or her feng shui lover will inherit
Billions! But her last will lacked clarity.'
Courts decide which Party has more merit.
In her last letter, she explained her life.
'Thank you God for cancer of ovaries.
My husband was killed; as unfaithful wife,
Burn to ash my body and forgeries,
Tricked by Little Sweetie's elocution,
Who has avoided electrocution.'

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Note: this was difficult to try a third sonnet using the same couplet as Last Words I and II and to show an imaginary letter of a real rich woman Nina Wang who had died of cancer and chose cremation

Tricked by Little Sweetie's elocution, Who has avoided electrocution.' This part is not clear to me. Otherwise, it's a good poem to read and recite.
