Last Wish Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Last Wish

Rating: 2.8

It would be considered a stage show performance
If I am told to express my last wishes at once
“What will be your life time end mission”?
I will be very much glad to add frank guilt admission

Great personalities and sages sometimes do without fear
They are aware of lapses and already admitted it with tears
This has made their soul very pure for presentation in public
This is strongest gesture if any one can make its start as basic

As an ordinary man what can I think best use of body?
Whether to donate it to medical institution to study?
Or to donate main organs for transplant in needy persons
Whatever may be the case but purely it will be with humble reasons

It is nice to think if human body if that can come to use of something
It will be just useless if buried under or consigned to flames for nothing
If some of the people get eye sight or kidney transplantation
That may tie my useless body with human being in question

I don’t what I had experienced and seen when was alive
But next person may be eager to see with his own vision and live
Possibly he may turn crime person and indulge in bad acts
Well it will not be worth point here to discuss and react

But I shall think of my dead body to be utilized
I shall deem it fit to think and obliged
Many people might be just unblessed
If they have it in case properly traced

If my body can be burnt and made into ashes
That ash could be taken and merged with large land pieces
Soiled with farm houses and seeds harvested
I think this will be best option and fully invested

The whole theme behind this is maximum utilization
Life during action and after its cessation
What can be best use of body granted by almighty?
When it is likely to merged in soil with all its divinity

Send message | Gloria Rodikis Hasmukh a lot of thinking you are doing on mortality...when I was little my mum planted a patch of violets and I used to sit down watching them with sunshine in my eyes. I expressed I wanted to be buried there when I did not understand the meaning of death....lol... now I fear...you are brave! 2 minutes ago via mobile · Unlike · 1 person
