Lamps Of Heaven Poem by Stewie Johnson

Lamps Of Heaven

Rating: 5.0

Millions upon millions bring forth light,
Their creations a wonder,
Luminous sparkle catching the wondrous eye,

To look away, the thought ignored
Staring, watching, waiting,
Luminous sparkle catches the wondrous eye

A littered sky, shinning beauty,
Glisten beyond the natural,
Luminous sparkle catches the wondrous eye,

A blanket of perfection covering a weary world,
Almost illusion, its proof for all to see,
Luminous sparkle catches the wondrous eye,

Lighter skies make them fight to be seen,
The night falls, lamps of heaven
Luminous sparkle catches the wondrous eye.

I agree with you here...Lighter skies hide the wondrous sight of the stars...well thought out....10
