Krishna Asking Yasada, Why Is Radha Fair And He Darkly? (Interpreting Dalit Literature Otherwise) Poem by Bijay Kant Dubey

Krishna Asking Yasada, Why Is Radha Fair And He Darkly? (Interpreting Dalit Literature Otherwise)

Rating: 5.0

Krishna asking his foster mother,
More important than his own mother,
As she did it for for the child's sake
Whereas his own mother could not,
Whatever be the circumstances,
I am not going to discuss it,
But Yasoda did for him
Is a fact,
'Why is Radha fair and he darkly? '

A beautiful and innocent question, although he knew its answer, but he wanted to enjoy a mother's sweet and lovely reply. I have also written a poem on the childhood of Lord Krishna, A Lovely Child; and also a poem on Seeta Maiya, Shyness of a South Asian Woman. If interested to read a poem from a Muslim about these loving personalities you may read and comment the said poems.
