Knowing You Poem by Heather Burns

Knowing You

Rating: 5.0

As the soft
breezes blow
touch my face
gently parting
away the past

You seek me

In the sighing
of the leaves
songs so sweetly
sang
the angels listen
in envy

You soothe me

As the clouds
drift away
the sun parts
the sky
heats up the
day

You warm me

When the moon
comes out
lights up the
night sky

you delight me.
