Knowing Poem by Zak Raz

Knowing

I come knowing, knowing my fate rebound,
Wondering aloud, as I carry these boulders
these boulders that are weighing me down
I feel them creaking, tearing in me
a crevice deep down, from out of which
flows a river, a river of pain
that flows abound.

A knowledge creeps, and turns my face into a ghost
A ghost that belongs, neither in this world,
Nor in the ether beyond
I come full circle, only to find,
Those windows haven’t cracked,
And I find myself wondering,
Wondering on these boulders weighing me down

Have I found my answers, answers
To keep up my spirit, contentment have I found?
Knowing I come, all these answers I have,
More questions then ever, no closer to find,
A way to not feel buried, buried,
With these boulders weighing me down,

Contentment is my goal, nothing more. The boulders roll off. Thanks for sharing, Zak. Peace
