Kitten Poem by Mary Ryan

Kitten

Kitten playing
With ball of yaarn
Stolen from my basket
Darn!
Purple yarn
Strewn across the floor
And now she wants
To get some more
A ball of pink
Catches her eye
Hooked by claws
It's on the fly
Kitten grabbed
In arms held tight
No more playing
With my yarn tonight
Kitten cuddles
By my side
Glad to be
Safe and warm inside

Once again, as you display in your work, 'Math', you display darting tightly cropt form/construction, and in the case of the above poem, virtually flawless metre as well...Impressive 'yarn'...lol! ~FjR~
