Kissed A Frog Poem by Ronald Nyakweba

Kissed A Frog

I kissed a frog last night,
A kiss I will never easily forget,
Was a kiss I will carry along,
So nice to despise easily,
So tasty to refute cheaply,

The frog screamed my name,
Each time I bite it,
Moved it even closer,
Throwing hands all over,

This frog was fat and sweet,
With deep red and shiny lips,
Heavy hands, scattered hair,
My mind was set for the lips,

It shouted:
I love you!
I was taken aback,
For the first time I saw a ghost.
