Kidney
K - Kidney's filter our blood
I - interestingly up to fifty times a day
D - drink plenty of fluids
N - nutrition is very important, think fruits and veggies
E - eat healthy, goodbye C foods, chips, cake, cookies, candy, cola
Y - Yay! ...now you should live to be one hundred!
