I'm trying to open doors that lead towards a smile
Let me be reminded of the glories this life has to offer
These four walls have me beating at my heartbeat
Trying to tune in on my rhythm
The women I have loved have moved on
No matter where we stop the days carry on
Most times the world doesn't offer tissue for your tears
Which is why you must keep cups of joy within
And when times become morbid reach in and start sipping
Keep the essence of inspiration
Don't lose yourself to negative thoughts and broken glass
