Keep Living 4 Poem by Jahan Zeb

Keep Living 4

Rating: 5.0

The king of that lady, while searching food
In Island green, met a beast in wild mood
Hungry that beast had not seen the lad
Aimed at it an arrow with the bow he had
Tread on some dry leaves he made sound
Hearing it the beast quickly turned around
The man, the king of the lady's dreams
In fear of the beast silently screams
Remembers the lady waiting at home
Alone in his search will all day she roam
Reaches the edge of a cliff, as he steps back
Falls dawn before the dreadful beast's attack
His eyes wet witnessed lady's face pale
Wished in heart a fairy or a friendly dragon's tail
God had a plan different than his thought
To kill a man so brave God wished not
Fell on a tree, stuck in branches soft
Went unconscious, as do many oft
Called his queen in sighs when losing eyes
Promised he would find her back if he did rise
