Kay Poem by Courtney Beaudry

Kay

My wonderful friend
Loyal and true
The world to me
Means the world to you
My best bud
The pair in trouble-making
Goofing off in math class
The best in muffin-baking
So my friend
Help me think of more
How we wrote spiral notes
When class was a bore
So this dynamic duo
Will have to part
Don't say that
We live in each other's hearts
Kay, you know I don't write poetry
But I just had to make you see
How happy you've made me
