Just This Short....



i hate long
poems i detest even
a sonnet,

i keep saying
i am a busy man
i decide about
life, liberty, property

i keep on judging
other people's act

and i cannot do this
with metaphors

i need facts. Solid fact.
something to hold with the hands
of my mind

concrete, hard,
numbered, cubed.

only reason, and reasonable
doubt.

just this short.
