Just One More Moment Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Just One More Moment

Rating: 3.0

Sparks of love dying in nights of sorrow,
unrelenting throughout this life, giving
desires a dampened welcome.

Looking to one another hoping to re-ignite
love, but you have gone beyond limits of
this life.

Holding desperately to your heart, not
wanting to let it go, tears filling these
eyes, mind looking desperately for you.

Wishing for just one more moment with you,
but there are no more, death has taken you
away from me.
