On the edge of denial...
My mind won't let me absorb--
Your fleeting glances...
In directions opposite me;
Nor will i allow in--
The Green Eyed Monsters nagging;
Oh, i know its all relevant--
But my heart cant take--
The realities--
Of a broken---
You and i;
In dire need, i know--
Of a major repair;
Perhaps a finding...
Of that one special--
Ingredient...
So tangible--
That kept --
Our love alive...
At least--
For one more day;
