Just Moved In - Lincoln Park Zoo Poem by Ima Ryma

Just Moved In - Lincoln Park Zoo

Yes Sis, I gotta say to you
That so far being here - so good,
New home at the Lincoln Park Zoo,
Seems like an awesome neighborhood.
The tigers to the east of us,
The seals are swimming to the west.
Being on the Main Mall - a plus.
We can be viewed at our best.
And we can view the human crowd.
Why we are here - they are the cause.
We're gonna make a pride so proud.
Human watching does give us paws.

Nothing says our pride galore
Than two lionesses a roar.
