I have discovered,
Those who take positions of leadership...
Are always opposed by those,
Advocating confusion.
And solicit conflict.
Just for the enjoyment of doing it.

With a getting of attention centered on themselves,
To delay any actions forward taken.
As they voice their opinions,
That are absent of suggestions.
Or recommendations to give.
In fear their incompetence might be exposed.

Although eventually to others it shows...
Making decisions and being dependable,
Or taking responsibility for their lack of action...
Is something they don't or can not do,
But can be relied upon to fault others.
To then accuse them of losing interest.
