Anything can be danced to.
You can jive and sing.
And groove to all the joys life has to bring!

The cockroaches on the floor
And a smile that came with a handsome donation
To the poor.

Everything deserves a delightful tap dance.
Perhaps they’ll think you’re crazy
But I say they’re all boring and lame
So take the chance.

Begin that hippidy hop.
Start the jazz.
Risk
Creativity
Imagination
A fun way to health
Adding that little bit of pizzazz.
Perhaps you’ll also gain some balance
And improve your stealth.

And, tell me:
Why does it have to rhyme
All the time?
Is it such a crime
To simply
Do it
Live life
Be abrupt
Change rhythm and...
Just
Dance!

Give me your hand
Let go and I’ll take you for a spin.
We’ll skip to and fro in the street
On the pavement
And let them stare and judge us
As if it were a sin.

I’m going to boogie,
Just watch this space
Because this life of mine
Is about to drastically
Pick up in its pace!
