Just because I’m German
I’m not a Nazi
I’m not all “out with the Jewish”
I’m not into coco clocks
Just because I’m Irish
I’m not eating corn beef and cabbage
I’m not going around in pubs
I’m not a red head
Just because I’m German
I’m not joining the military at 20
I’m not taking care of relatives graves
I’m not a German blond
Just because I’m human
I’m not from one country
I’m not against other continents
Just because I’m human and so are you, let me be German and Irish.
