On a cool spring evening
saw cocooned young girl
skipping skipping skipping

while her mother’s blood
was dripping dripping dripping.


Not mashed
musky stench
stencil-plating

failure foetus
plastering out psyche
aberrant aborted spleen.


But razored edge
editing adult life.
