Let the target of life search you out,
Like an assassin with a keen eye,
Shooting a magical bullet at you,
Waking you up to the brand new world!
So much time has slipped through our hands,
Like the flow of life you just can't grab ahold of,
I want to keep spending my days by your side,
Even if they don't last that much longer,
The clouds are set back into motion,
As the winds of change keep moving our way,
Blowing the tracks we left behind,
Back into our lives once again,
Reminding us,
No matter how hard we try to cover up the past,
We'll have to face it again someday,
Even if we don't feel like it,
But everytime, I look behind,
The me of before grabs ahold,
Wanting to run away with you,
And take you on a rollercoster of excitement,
Letting the wind rush through our hair,
A lonely voice calls out to me,
Thrusting me back into the world,
Just as a star descends from the sky,
Reaching out with all my might,
I catch it right in the nick of time,
Running aimlessly to a hollow voice,
I think it's time to connect these two worlds!
Jumping down from the edge of our world,
Diving into danger without thinking,
I'll get blown away by the immense tide,
Into the sky of endless dreams,
With the flames of love at my feet,
I'll become a star of hope you can believe in,
Though deep down in my heart,
I want to become more than that,
And with that thought, my heart will explode,
Releasing the light of my burning soul,
Igniting the world into a new age,
One we can truly protect with our hearts.
