Joy Poem by Anil Kumar Panda

Joy

Rating: 5.0

together we go to the field
you hide amidst swinging crops
you whistle soft to draw me to you
as birds flutter at you from treetops

i find you lying on the grassy floor
With a faint smile and inviting look
I fall over you to be hugged tight
kissing lips we roll to the brook

we fall in to water and float
holding each other in an embrace
you get soaked and I see matchless
beauty of my love through your dress
