John's Frogs Poem by Robert Randell

John's Frogs

John has been to Pike Lake
He spent the whole day
Caught every little frog
And stole them all away

Frogs in the kitchen
Frogs in the bath
Frogs in the garden
Jumping on the path.

Little spring peepers
Tiny cricket frogs
Bright green leopards
And big bull frogs.

Frogs in the basement
Singing all night
One got in mother's bed
And gave her quite a fright.

Catch all the frogs again
Put them in a jar
Take them back to Pike Lake
Don't loose them in the car.
