Joana Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

Joana

You are my glory and joy,
You are my love and peace,
You are my hope and care,
Even though i am absent in the flesh,
I am with you in spirit!
Tribulations will come but,
I will never leave you my love;
And beware of those who lead you away like a prize.

To fall into various temptations is part of man,
And of your beauty as laid down to me;
For you are my glory and joy on this side of the river.

Open your love always to me and let me direct you,
And be on guard that no one takes you away from me;
For the mount of your love is like the mount of your peace.

Joana is your name so sweet and you are full of joy and passion,
So be on your guard that no one takes you away like a prize;
For i wm in love with you and i need your romance!
