JESUS TOOK MY PLACE
In courts of Heaven's splendor
The choir has been singing
Only an interruption when
New members angels bring in
Hallowed are those halls of praise
What amazing grace
Sing the songs of saints forever
Jesus took my place
In their lineup placements
The smallest to the tall
Adjusting their positions
For that final curtain call
The alto's and soprano's
Baritones and base
Continue to rejoice singing
Jesus took my place
Echoes off the diamonds
Rubies, emarlds, sapphire
Coming back to mesmorize
Heaven's blood bought choir
Standing on those streets of gold
A smile on every face
Sing the saints of old and now
Jesus took my place
