Jesus Christ Rescued Me! Poem by Roxanne Dubarry

Once upon a time, I was lost when
Jesus found me. My sins were
drowning me in the deepest sea.
Jesus washed all my sins away,
the very day I became saved!

I was hitch hiking down the
high way of my life. I had
no one to guide me. I was
as lost as I could be when
Jesus found me. His love
rescued me!

I was going around in circles
and going nowhere. I was burdened
with my many cares. Jesus found
me when I was as lost as I could be.
Praise the LORD! Jesus rescued me!

I was self-absorbed by feeling sorry for myself.
There was not any room in my heart for any one else.
I was living my life in complete misery when Jesus
found me. Thank you, GOD! Jesus rescued me!
