Jeremy - Lincoln Park Zoo Poem by Ima Ryma

Jeremy - Lincoln Park Zoo

This little piggy went to the Zoo
In Momma's belly a while back,
And then popped out as piglets do.
And Momma gave us each a snack.
I got the name of Jeremy,
A smooth good looking Berkshire boy.
Back to the farm went the fam'ly,
Just left me for folks to enjoy.
But now it's time for me to go.
My call to duty never quits.
The farmer calls it - doncha know!
Hope I'm more than just bacon bits.

It's been a blast, Lincoln Park Zoo.
I bid farewell - this oink's for you.
