Jekyll And Hyde Poem by Alc Harris

Jekyll And Hyde

Rating: 3.5

Jekyll and Hyde
Jekyll and Hyde
He wants to take you along for a ride
A carousel of sweet love he laments
With a click of his hand
Your mind he torments

Jekyll and Hyde
Jekyll and Hyde
I keep your secret safe inside
A rollercoaster whirlwind show
Up with the smiles
Down with the blows

Jekyll and Hyde
Jekyll and Hyde
In your fury my soul you destroyed
I beg of you my selfish wishes
Each time I submit
To your tender kisses
But kisses taste so bitter foul
The fairground lights have long gone out

Jekyll and Hyde
Turns like the tide
If only I could leave you behind
