Jealousy Poem by Nishi Kumari

Jealousy

Rating: 5.0

The negative emotion so wildly strong
Turns you into ashes without a spark
Divides your heart into broken chambers
All of them filled with anguish and ire
A slow poison stealing the peace of mind
Kills you slowly without a sound
It pierces its possession over your
innocent heart
Makes you a blind, deaf and a lame body
Turning you into a puppet it controls you
Shrugs off all your positive strength
And you creep like an old dying snake
Unaware and unalarmed of the direction
it is going through
It distributes smile with a building
conspiracy in the eyes
Making golden wishes for others with
a hidden black heart
It makes you narrow
It makes you fake
Lost all the senses makes you insane
At last Alas! Only anxiety remains!
You may call it an incurable disease or
an ailment
It is the claw of JEALOUSY...
