' Jaiio; In The Dream Talk' Poem by Ologunde Joshua Abiodun

' Jaiio; In The Dream Talk'

Jaiio! the great shadow
that thinks wild and unperplex
Trying to figure it out
'Wind-filled bag' they think!

Gentleness of the cat makes her think
of possibilities
To be prolific in college
Impress by your beauty
Can't do that if mind says

Friend of the follish love to be wise
Busy world with great crowd
The phobia I never wanted
Getten in the family looks ease
The out-standing price is at door;
waiting

Greeting me with manners of issue
That to eat, cloth to wear and an
upright standing been required
Better to stay away from the hot soup
pot; before I bath myself with its
flames

Leading to a premature of good news
With controversy blow-up like ashes
To make it right
Instil safety in the market of legions
Before fire burns
Making the market a tourist site

Then, my shading with chiaroscurist
may thence undressed
Even if I were the esquire
My noble intent remains static

Why would I allow that beauty
jeopardise each step of the ladder
To discredit Promiscous
Disregarding immodesty
To ignore all lecherous gaze

Clear the way for other
And predict success for them
Disappointing failure and death
Allowing a symbiosis between Jaiio
and God
Who gives every creature; different
lines in their palms.
