Jack Frost Poem by Mike Burdick

Jack Frost

Jack Frost your back again.
Never fails all ways at the end of the year.
Permeating into the human body.
Forcing sickness on the weak.
Rumors of death scare the air.
Why try to battle with my fine fettle.
Freezing life in its finest form.
Tricking the unstable, you slippery beast!
Stop pounding on the seedlings of my food supply.
Keep your colds and that nasty swine flu.
Will you fade away at the end of the vernal equinox?
Or over stay your frozen season with the sky grey.
Lets write a letter to the sunny summer.
Ask if you can come back when season isn't winter.
Ha, you would burn with your suicidal love letter..
No worries Jack Frost I love you and your frozen tether.
