Its Peaceful And Calm Poem by David Mathe

Its Peaceful And Calm

Rating: 5.0

As written by my niece (Sihle Ravaioli - 14 years old)

The wind blows, pushing
the leaves from the trees
It sounds as if the wind
has good news to tell

The sound of the leaves
being blown by the wind
makes the sound of the sea
Shh, Shh, Shh

The wind blows the trees
from side to side
Making the trees look like
the sea coming to shore and back
shore and back, constantly

Making me feel
at peace with myself

This is superb. I'm so glad i read it. A child could write so well...amazing. Excellent imagery. Kudos for the teenager who wrote with such beauty n elegance. A perfect 10.
