Its Not Over Yet Poem by Don Pengilly

There is so much yet to do
Before I leave this earthly life
Not much time for feeling blue
Or thinking all is strife
There are projects all around me
And interest all abound
Motivation is the key
And time it can be found

To do the things once put aside
While energy still lasts
Don’t let time just slide
And suddenly become the past
Don’t kill yourself just doing things
For there is some time to rest
Just pace yourself while life still clings
And do your very best

A time for work a time for leisure
Its not over yet
Life can give you so much pleasure
In all you ever get
You can give some time for others too
There you can meet their needs
Helps stop you from feeling blue
They will enjoy good deeds

Remember time passes in the nicest way
When you enjoy yourself
Doing somethings without pay
Not staying on the shelf
A smile to can go some way
In making life feel good
It can make someone’s day
And wont be misunderstood DLP
