It Was Hard To Turn Back

Rating: 5.0

I saw
It was very sore
I waved
It was road ive always paved

The migration had came
Family behind they lay
And friends history i made
Laughs i had, Winks and Smiles
All gone, because am now gone

As we opt to meet again
Hugs marked the gap inbetween
Dear friends,
I will miss you

Long i had departed
Tears fell un-invited
Only their faces i reckon
And a new journey for me had began
Dear famil, i love you

The pain...so real. Sincere painful emotions, poured out in every line of the poem. Loved the last two lines of the poem...just perfect closing!

sad situation of every immigrant worker of the world, which the other gifted human beings are not aware of, that is the worst scenario, when our country men do not understand our hardship! Great poem! 10 marks!
