It's In My Bones Poem by G J Salgado

It's In My Bones

Rating: 5.0

Hatred fuels my voice
I feel the blood
It's in my veins
It burns deep within
Ordained by what remains
When the forces are against me and my kind
I call upon the wind to calm my fears and my mind
To protect everything inside that I hold
What is precious within my soul I am a child of the moon
A warrior of the sun I fall asleep in his sunlight for he is my author
I awake in the moonlight for she is my creator
I feel everything in the depths of my being
I am a native entity
It is a part of me
It's in my bones
