It Just Is Poem by Gary Dobbs Morgan

It Just Is

Rating: 4.0

There was a strong pain
which seared my heart...
the scar tissue remains
to remind me
of today's tomorrow's
and yesterday's promises

There is neither gain nor loss, it
just is,
as this moment
just is,
and as long as my eyes stay open it
just is,
no forgone conclusions,
no fantasy flights of mind,
no illusions, delusions, confusions or
occlusions, it
just is.
