It is what it is.

How many times can one person
Read the same text
To know (it is what it is)
This time! !

So tonight for the last time
I’ll write the saddest lines

Never to hold you, or to kiss you a goodbye,
I’ll never kiss you goodbye’’
To see your face under any sky
All is now lost
My soul lay empty and bare
Shattered and destroyed

But to know that I once loved you
Will never be enough
! !
Once I loved the smell of the morning
Once I loved the warmth of the sun
Once I loved the dusk, before the night fall
Once even to have loved the rain’

Now my day is over
And the night is so black
Now only tears
That I cannot hold back

XXX

You will always be my it
Night night princess, sorry I was a frog’’
Don’t know if I should have put this on

Love you

Poem of the Day

poet Sarah Flower Adams

O Love! thou makest all things even
In earth or heaven;
Finding thy way through prison-bars
Up to the stars;
Or, true to the Almighty plan,
That out of dust created man,
