my friend
it is nice to know that yours
was a failure too,
for haven't i told you
a week ago
that we were also devastated
by what happened to us...

when you broke the news
i did not mourn anymore
i laughed and i danced
all day long on the slippery
floors of the house
and at the backyard of
our little garden

i am happy
for now
our miseries have found
a good company
with yours.

i am inviting you and your wife
therefore in the humble abode of my
simple home

let us drink to our mutual failures!
