Since my heart rushed through my mortal self,
Moments before it was just you and I…
As you are far off from me,
My heart is unmoving in my mortal remains,
I hang on a moment of hope so faint,
Where my soul stretches to feel you,
Because I miss you so…
I can only tell of how I miss your voice,
the tune of my pleasure,
And how I miss your touch,
the mainstay of my pleasure,
And how purely I miss you,
the angel of my ordinary day in a dream so dear,
I hold onto it with every breath…
