It Goes Without Saying

Rating: 4.5

There are days, when there's this
ache in my heart, knowing you're
not here! I wish I could talk to you,
just to have you near. You'd think
after all these years, I'd be used to
you're being gone, that's literally
impossible, for your memory still,
lingers on! When things go wrong,
I long for your guiding hand, it always
was a comfort to me, for who else,
would understand? I try very hard, to
go on with my life, the best way I know
how. But it goes without saying, I'd find
it so much easier, if I had you, here with
me, now!
