Here I stand, finding myself alone again
I'm a fool, to think I couldn't lose

Now the count is eight I need to get up or meet my fate
It's a battle between love and hate
Love is never on time and hate is never late
People tell me just wait love could be your fate

In order to experience joy, you need pain
I'm about to lose it because it's hard to maintain
Stay focused on what's right because I feel like I'm going insane
