Invincible

Flying free in my mind is a time
unmeasured in dream’s realm.

Plummet to the ground
with no marks or a sound

My school mates gather
at my demise, see
me plunge from the sky
To marvel with glee

Miraculous recovery
To return in strength
of joy coursing through
my heart as I take
to the sky
Invincible
